About this piece
On a dark indigo ground, a mirrored arrangement of flowering stems, palmette-like leaves, and vase-like forms rises around a small central floral axis. Coral and blue blossoms fill the field almost edge to edge, while successive narrow bands and a broad floral border give the lively composition a measured frame.
Styling this rug
Let the dark field anchor a sitting room or library. Warm oak, walnut, camel leather, or cream upholstery will pick up the border and floral colors while leaving the intricate center visible.
